Parliament of Owls: A Play is an allegory set in the Bird Kingdom. The kingdom is ruled by the mysetrious Royal Owl, King Tula Nyongoro.
In the play, the owls cast themselves as the only birds with the capacity to think intelligently and make good laws for the prosperity of the kingdom. However, this is not evident in the way the business is conducted in Parliament of Owls.
